Rabobank has announced its line up for the Giro d'Italia and Joost is not in it. He was recovering from a crash in a recent race when he got into an accident during a training ride in Germany. His website says a decision will be made tomorrow whether to operate to repair his knee. There are no broken bones, but he has deep bruises and possibly more serious damage.
